Terms & Conditions :
1. Please report to airport three hours before departure time.
2. Please bring minimum luggage (allowed 20kgs) – Two check in baggage and one hand baggage (allowed 7 kgs) .
3. Please carry your regular medicines (if any) for the entire trip.
4. Please carry a umbrella.
5. During the trip, please visit the places as one group and without the permission do not move out of the group. Any visit to personal friends and family is not permitted.
6. Always carry your original passport and visa along with you personally.
7. Keep some personal cash in local currency for tips, camera fees, personal expenses etc. Indian rupee cannot be exchanged and in some places they will accept International Debit/Credit Cards.
8. Please bring your SOS medicines.
9. Average DAY temperature during this travel period is expected to be around 31 degrees in Cambodia & 25 degrees in Vietnam..
10. Avoid wearing expensive jewels.
11. Wear a comfortable shoes as it requires walking long distances in some places.
12. The trip itinerary is final and if required will be altered depending on local operations and other exigencies. Tour Managers decision would be final under these circumstances.
13. Flight Tickets are Non Refundable Tickets.
14. Refund on Tour cancellation will take minimum 20 days.
15. Seating in the bus/coach will be in the order of booking.
16. Booking will be accepted only from people holding Indian Passports with minimum validity of 6 months
17. Single Occupancy will be charged extra Rs. 25000.00
18. Flights details are subject to change based on availability.
19. Itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the Tour Manager.
CANCELLATION Terms & Conditions :
If cancelled between 30 to 45 days before date of Departure full refund of Advance amount will be made after deducting the actual Flight Ticket Charges
If cancelled within 30 days of Date of Departure 30% of Total Fare and full Flight Fare will be deducted and balance refund will be made.
If cancelled within 10 days of departure no refund will be made.
